Wetlands as natural ecosystems provide services vital for human existence. However, they are now the most threatened ecosystems in the world. By joining KWF, you will:

• Help us identify and address emerging wetlands issues or threats.
• Raise awareness on importance of wetlands.
• Help advocate for sustainable policies and laws to protect wetlands.
• Encourage building capacities of local communities to manage and benefit from wise use of wetlands.
• More importantly, you will help the government achieve its obligations on sustainable development through management and wise use of wetland resources.
